Heather's journey in the field has been marked by her relentless pursuit of effective healing practices. Initially practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist, Heather felt the need for more impactful results. In 2012, she discovered Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), a turning point that revolutionized her practice. Now, as a Certified Rapid Resolution Therapy Specialist, she helps clients achieve quick and painless transformations. Heather also co-leads a study at the University of Colorado Denver on RRT's efficacy in treating sexual assault survivors and travels nationwide to teach other mental health professionals about this method. Currently, she serves as the Trauma Specialist for the University of Colorado Denver Counseling Center and maintains a private practice.
