Staring from the very first breast augmentation, breast implants have been a very popular subject. Sometimes revolutionary, sometimes problematic, but always an interesting topic. This week we will discuss the ins and outs of breast implants – literally! We will talk about the differences between saline and silicone, different designs over the years, and even new products on the horizon. We are very lucky to have Dr. Thomas Biggs joining us on the show. Dr. Adam Rubinstein
Dr. Adam Rubinstein is a highly respected and recognized board certified plastic surgeon providing top notch care to patients from South Florida, across the United States, and many countries throughout the world.
Dr. Rubinstein is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has trained with the world's eminent surgeons at the forefront of developing techniques for plastic surgery. He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery for Jackson North Medical Center. Dr. Rubinstein is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at NOVA Southeastern University, and clinical faculty for the Cleveland Clinic Plastic Surgery Residency Program in Florida.
He has been newly appointed to the teaching faculty of the Florida International University (FIU) College of Medicine Department of Surgery. He is the exclusive plastic surgeon for the Pritikin Longevity Center. Dr. Rubinstein currently serves on the editorial board of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal published by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He holds memberships in many prestigious medical societies and associations, which include The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The American Society of Bariatric Plastic Surgeons. He is the current vice president of The Ralph Millard Jr., M.D. Medical Society & Education Foundation.
