Episode Description
We all have them. In our busiest moments we get a physical craving for them. They are the source of a healthy body and a creative mind. Without them we become fatigued, overwhelmed, cynical, and depressed. Too many of them and we lose our sense of direction and purpose. Too few and we are robotic and disengaged. We notice them more in these summer months, perhaps it’s the weather that draws our attention to them. What is this mysterious thing? Lazy Days! Do you have a favorite lazy day? Share that with us this week. Find a way to make lazy days a part of your healthy mind and body.
