The Young and the Restless favorite Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters) returns to Soap Central Live to tell fans about her latest project: a Kickstarter campaign to turn her latest novel, The Rich and the Ruthless, into a series. Victoria explains how fans can help make the series a reality.
