Episode Description
Following the sage advice of the legendary George Burns who once said: “Old….young, just words!” Do Not Go Quietly is infused with one of the Cappannelli’s inspiring themes: “We are never too old or too young to live the lives we were born to live” George and Sedena Cappannelli will show that the gift of the third act of life should not be taken lightly or lying down. Do Not Go Quietly is loaded with valuable perspectives on how to live more consciously and age more wisely. George will encourage listeners to take responsibility for their own lives and their own wellness by harvesting the wisdom and experience of the past and investing it in living more fully in each present moment. He will also remind us that if we want to make our days more vital, satisfying and joy-filled, then it is time we make right our relationship with ourselves and the world around us and reclaim our rightful place as adults and elders. www.AgeNation.com
