Michelle Van Slyke, Vice President, Marketing UPS Stores, is a results-oriented marketer with a history of transforming brands and marketing teams into top performers in the highly competitive retail environment. She has held the Vice President of Marketing at Jaguar, and Mercedes- Benz. She was recently recognized on the 2012 ExecRank's list of Top 500 CMOs. Michelle will provide insight on the keys to success in the ever evolving world of retail marketing as well as share her own story of her path to success. Next, Jennifer Kahnweiler PhD and author of The Introverts Guide to Making a Difference and Quiet Influence. She will talk about introverted women in leadership roles, what she calls “quiet influence.” She will show how introverts can harness their innate tendencies to make a real difference and why now is the time for women to practice this form of leadership.

For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies. She offers her abilities as a leader, certified business coach, and educator to corporations and organizations globally.
