Our guest today is Sylvia Allen. CEO of an internationally recognized marketing firm. In one year alone, her firm produced more than 100 events and raised more than $1 million worth of sponsorships for clients. She is also a internationally recognized author, with her book A Womens Guide to Sales Success, and How to Be Successful in Sponsorship Sales. She recently received the New Jersey State Governor Jefferson Award for Ambassador, Top 50 Women in Business in NJ award, and the ATHENA Award. In this fast paced segment Sylvia will give Women some inside tips on how to be more successful in sales. She will address cold call reluctance and what you can do about it, as well as how to correct some of the mistakes women often make in sales. After the break Deanne sill take the mic and address time management. How to balance what we have to do with what we want to do. She will discuss how to put together a time budget for greater success in getting things done, as well as tips and strategies for better time management.
