Episode Description
Kathryn interviews Multiplicity Magazine and Twiniversity Founder Natalie Diaz, author of “What To Do When You’re Having Two: The Twins Survival Guide from Pregnancy Through the First Year”. The rate of twin births in the U.S. has risen by 79% in the last three decades, and few surprises in life pack a punch quite like the news of expecting multiple babies. Diaz outlines every step that an expectant parent of multiples needs to know from that first moment of receiving the news through the first year. Kathryn also interviews Karen Amster-Young, one of PR Week’s “Forty PR Stars Under Forty” and author of “The 52 Weeks: Get Inspired. Get Going. Get Unstuck”. Despite the disturbingly low percentage of people that actually make New Year’s resolutions (and keep them), setting goals for self-improvement is a good thing and The 52 Weeks approach is an alternative that just may work better for you.
