Meet Dena Anne Wiener, A Grieving Mother’s Journey Every parent’s worst nightmare became her reality in 2011 when she suffered the tragic loss of her middle son, Brett. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, nothing in life prepares a parent for the loss of a child. Naturally Dena spent the first several months grieving. Only problem is when your world is turned upside down, it’s often difficult to find the brighter side when looking through a sea of tears. She chose to compete in dance as a positive outlet in Cabaret Theater Arts Ballroom dancing, as a way to honor, grieve and remember Brett. Meet Staci Boyer, An Orphan At Age 26 She lost her mother at 15, and started down a path of destruction. Then lost her father at 26 and sat down in a ditch just off that path for a while. One day Staci pulled herself out of that ditch and never looked back. Staci's pulls everyone she can out of ditches along the way. She says you can change a path of destruction to one of destiny.

In 2006, Nicole took matters into her own hands to change her life. After being chronically ill and on Rx and OTC drugs for almost 20 years, she was sick and tired of being sick. With proper consistent nutrition, supplementation, exercise, years of counseling and emotional healing, Nicole improved the quality of her life and now does the same for her clients at LifeTime Fitness and around the globe. Nicole is more than accomplished. She has the mind, soul and spirit to heal and change lives for the better just as she has changed hers.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Iowa State University. Nicole has been in the fitness industry for 16 years. As a NASM CPT and Chek Holistic Lifestyle coach Nicole has worked for Life Time Fitness for almost a decade. Nicole is a Top 3 internationally ranked IFBB Pro Bikini competitor, an internationally published fitness model, writer and The 2009 Ms. Bikini Classic Universe Champion. Her disciplined, results-oriented approach has garnered her industry accolades, which inspires her clients to achieve their own personal fitness goals. During the 1994-1995 season, she cheered for The World Champion Chicago Bulls, during the iconic Jordan years. She’s been featured in print, outdoor and online advertising campaigns, as well as in catalogs, infomercials and trade shows promoting fitness products and services. Nicole's first book, "What Lies Behind The Smile,” is scheduled to launch later this year.
