This week we have two power executives, CEO of publishing giant Source Books, Dominique Raccah and executive search firm CEO Julie Kampf. Dominique started her book publishing company from her bedroom and and is now the largest independent book publisher in the USA. Julie runs one of most successful executive search firms in the USA. Both women will be sharing their strategies on what it takes to be successful and be seen as a leader. Deanne will be asking both women to share advice for aspiring female professionals and what distinguishes a good leader from a bad one. Dominique and Julie will also address some of their challenges and the challenges they believe women face today. Additionally, Dominique will be also be giving tips for the new entrepreneur and how to set yourself apart from the crowd
