This week we have two dynamic guests. The first is Julie Straw, who is the VP of Workplace Solutions with Wiley Publishing. She will share her perspective on women in leadership. Julie has over twenty five years of corporate leadership and has also conducted in-depth research in the areas of leadership strategies, the mistakes leaders make and what leaders at all levels need to do to be effective and successful. Julie will be giving some straight forward advice on what leaders need to do today to be effective. Julie will also be sharing what women need to do to be seen as a leader in today's workplace. Our second guest is Dr. Denee Jordan, a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 26 years in private practice. She is the founder of Already Well, a progressive approach to treatment that works on the premise that no matter your present circumstances, you are already well. Denee will be sharing her views on how we can be happy at work, in our careers and in our personal lives.
