Episode Description
Founder and CEO Coss Marte lost 70lbs in 6 months using his own body weight in his 9x6 prison cell. Coss personally oversaw a million-dollar cocaine-and-marijuana empire in New York City before getting busted. Once locked up, however, he not only rethought his life—he conceived an entirely new and original way of getting fit. As a result, he started ConBody, a prison-style bootcamp that employs incarcerated individuals as trainers. His studio is located in New York City, but the workouts are also available on demand. Join us as we learn more about Coss’ story and how he built his business from the ground up.
