Perhaps we have a project or task perfectly suited for the talents of someone else. Delegation is the dance of prioritization, productivity, pressure, and people development: the art of developing both others and ourselves. Join Jeff Smith and his co-host and colleague Jennifer Owen-O’Quill, Leadership and Strategy Consultant at Voltage Leadership Consulting, as they explore the art of Deliberate Delegation. What assignments will you share today? Listen in for some fresh insights and discover how to find the sweet spot where time and talents intersect.
