Corey has been recently the force behind JockeyTalk360.com. This website's stated mission is to promote and celebrate the sport of horse racing by showcasing jockeys from across the nation and around the world. By utilizing social media and other vehicles, JockeyTalk360.com will bring fans closer to these talented, fit and fearless athletes with stories and statistics you won’t find anywhere else. They understand their responsibility to the industry, and a majority of proceeds from their sponsors will go the Permanently Disabled Jockeys’ Fund. Corey Johnsen is the President of Kentucky Downs, the European-style race course located in Franklin, Kentucky, and the Vice President and Partner in Richland Hills, Inc. Since graduating from Arizona State University, 30 years ago, Johnsen has been involved in the horse racing industry. Prior to investing in the Kentucky horse racing and breeding industries, Johnsen was the President of Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, which hosted the 2004 Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships. Mr. Johnsen has received numerous national honors. From 2005-2007, he was the President of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations, an organization which represents 43 of the most successful Thoroughbred tracks in North America. He has worked at Lone Star Park, Remington Park, Arlington Park, Louisiana Downs and Turf Paradise during his career.
