Pat Criscito
Pat Criscito is the President and CEO of Desert Harvest, a manu¬facturer of quality nutritional supplements and skin care products based on aloe vera. Pat took on a full-time management role 13 years ago. Under her leadership, Desert Harvest has grown to include more than 50,000 clients in 42 countries. Because Pat’s sister has IC/PBS, she has focused the company’s research on finding products that relieve the frequency, urgency, nocturia, and pelvic pain associated with this devastating disease. Pat has been an entrepreneur for 31 years, starting and managing international companies in both Europe and the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and completed part of an MBA. She has lectured at Harvard, Yale, SMU, Tulane, Rutgers, Colorado College, and other major universities, and written for The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and The Boston Globe on business, human resource, and career subjects.
