Paul Greenberg
Paul Greenberg is the Managing Principal of The 56 Group, LLC, a consultancy focused on the strategy, programs, systems and outcomes of customer engagement and CRM. He is the author of CRM at the Speed of Light, which has been through 4 editions, is available in 9 languages, and is often called the "Bible of CRM." Paul is currently writing a new book on customer engagement called "The Commonwealth of Self-Interest," to be published by Harvard Business Press in very early 2016. Nicknamed the "Godfather of CRM," Paul is highly active in the industry, through his work and his writing for multiple venues including ZDNet and CRM Magazine. He also chairs CRM Evolution, the annual CRM Magazine get-together for the CRM industry. Paul loves the Yankees and pretty much most all of the world's animals, too, and thinks highly of good food and spirits and the spirit of the people in his industry.
