Yvette La-Garde
Yvette La-Garde has worked as senior marketing manager at Colgate-Palmolive in New York City. In 1997, Ms. La-Garde made a conscious decision to work in health care for a company that supports a healthy lifestyle. In 1998, Ms. La-Garde became the director of marketing at Omni Nutraceuticals. Ms. La-Garde helped in the development, formulation, production and marketing of the company’s nutritional supplement product lines. She then began working with David Rahm, MD – the medical director at The Wellness Center in Long Beach, CA. In 1999, Ms. La-Garde joined Dr. Rahm at VitaMedica Corporation as the director of marketing & education. For the past 13 years, Ms. La-Garde has been traveling around the country training skin care specialists and the staff of plastic surgery offices about nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Yvette oversees all of the company’s health and wellness content including feature articles, weekly news coverage and a monthly e-newsletter.
