Donald R. Collins, Jr.
Donald R. Collins, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. is a plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic plastic surgery for almost twenty years in Houston, Texas. He is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Collins was the 1979 valedictorian at Klein High School, graduated cum laude from Rice University, and then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He is Past President of the Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of the teaching staff of The Methodist Hospital Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program. Dr. Collins is Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. At St. Joseph Medical Center, he served as Chief of Staff from 2008 - 2009. Dr. Collins is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is involved with numerous other professional societies. He lectures frequently and has published multiple articles in professional journals on a variety of plastic surgery topics.
