Helen Saul Case
Ms. Case is the author of The Vitamin Cure for Women's Health Problems, Vitamins & Pregnancy: the Real Story, and co-author of Vegetable Juicing for Everyone. Her latest book is Orthomolecular Nutrition for Everyone. She is also featured in That Vitamin Movie. (2016).
She is the Assistant Editor of the Orhomolecular Medicine News Service, has published in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine, and has written numerous articles on nutrition that have appeared in health magazines in several countries. Her papers also appear in The Orthomolecular Treatment of Chronic Disease and The Vitamin Cure for Infant and Toddler Health Problems.
She graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University, and earned a master's degree from the State University of New York. She taught English for nine years, as has worked as English Department Chair for four years.
Helen lives with her husband and children in Western New York State.
