Dede Biles
Dede Biles is the bloodstock sales editor for The Blood-Horse. She has worked for The Blood-Horse for nearly 30 years. She is a native of North Carolina and she graduated from UNC - Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism and recreation administration. Dede worked for newspapers in North Carolina and South Carolina writing sports before coming to The Blood-Horse. In her last job before coming to The Blood-Horse, she was the sports editor of the Aiken Standard and it was while she was there started writing some about Thoroughbred racing covering the Aiken Training Track, a well-known Thoroughbred training center. Dede covers the current September Sales at Keeneland and has been a great predictor of many of the top sales-toppers. You can find them on the Blood-Horse website.
