Joe Adams Born in the USA, Joe has lived and worked in the UK since 1970. His insight into the sales process, from lead generation to order, was gained as a top sales professional in the USA, Canada and UK. He became renowned for rescuing and establishing new operations. Joe had a long, sales career with Encyclopaedia Britannica becoming MD of UK and Eire operations for 20 years. A period of consistent growth and record profits. Joe then set up Adams & Associates, improving direct to consumer sales functions. In 1997, he also became MD of Success Dynamics International Ltd, a provider of recruiting tools and services, whose well known disc methodology assists HR Managers to make the right recruitment decisions. Joe was a Regional Chairman for the Academy for Chief Executives for 10 years. Is a widely recognized expert on sales management, training and has presented to corporations all over the world.
