Zack has over 35 years of experience, including 18 years as VP/Chief Information Officer for a major healthcare company and 5 years in Human Resources as Director of Business Reengineering. Through his many years as a Certified Professional Coach specializing in leadership and business reengineering, Zack has become a master at guiding senior executives and management boards in the development of leaders that forge new strategies and relevant operating models within and across all business functions and departments.
