Heike Fiedler-Phelps
Heike Fiedler-Phelps is the Global Head of GRC Services for SAP, and part of the SAP Analytic Services group, a solution office to accelerate creation and adoption of innovative services, and Analytic Services Talent Development. Heike has been with SAP since 2000 and has a strong background in ERP and operational systems. She is a Fellow, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) - Marketing and Communications, for SAP Consulting; a Platinum Consultant and Practice Lead, National Competency Center, for SAP Real Estate (RE-FX); and a member of The Yukon Quest International. Heike is passionate about leading people, organizational governance, and making the world run better.
