Dr. Jammie Price is a Professor of Sociology at Appalachian State University. She is also an Internship Coordinator at ASU and an editor for the Journal of Applied Social Science; She has conducted research on Rate My Professors.com. ● EXPERIENCE: Dr. Price has 20 years of experience in teaching and research. Her research background is centered on applied sociology and psychology. She has an extensive record of publications in journals such as the Journal of Applied Social Science; Resource and Energy Economics; Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education; The American Sociologist and many others. She has presented her research at numerous conferences around the country. ● EDUCATION: She has a Ph.D. in Sociology from North Carolina State University; an MA in Sociology from East Carolina University; and a BA in American Studies from Catholic University.
