Susan Landay
Susan Landay, President of Trainers Warehouse and Office Oxygen, started her career as a clown for Ringling Brothers circus. Trainers Warehouse is the biggest name in training and educational supplies. Susan will share how being a circus clown taught her valuable leadership lessons. This graduate from Yale University and Kellogg Graduate School of Management has clear defined organizational values and goals. Her goal with both companies is to make line spent in learning and at work innovative, fun and productive. Susan is a hands-on executive and is involved in product development and is the voice of her companies writing all content and copy. She also is an accomplished writer and her articles have appeared in Sloan Management Review, Pfeifer Training Annual,and Training Magazine. Susan also serves on the board of NEMOA, the National E-tailing and Mailing organization of America.
