Dave Goldberg
Dave Goldberg is a conceptual, social and aspirational long jumper who delights in taking on impossible missions with his clients. This passion and these skills enable him to act as guide and Sherpa to coach clients to climb new summits and reinvigorate themselves, their faculties, their student bodies, and cultures. After a 34-year career as engineer, educator, researcher, and entrepreneur, Dave founded and now leads ThreeJoy Associates, Inc. a training, coaching, and change management firm specializing in higher education; in 2012, he also co-founded and now leads Big Beacon, a global movement for the transformation of engineering education. These two roles enable him (1) to work one-on-one with both individuals and institutions that are ready for effective personal and organizational change and (2) to work collaboratively with individual innovators and innovative institutions who wish to change the status quo by co-creating a global community of support and change agency.
