President, Jim Turner is a Washington, D.C. attorney and advocate of informed choice for safe food, drug and other health-related consumer products. An original Nader’s Raider, he authored best-sellers, The Chemical Feast: The Nader Report on the FDA and Making Your Own Baby Food. He co-authored Voice of the People. Jim represents individuals, businesses, and consumer groups on regulatory matters, in court and before the FDA, EPA, CPSC ant FTA.His efforts were instrumental in the passage of DSHEA, the Organic Food Production Act, and the reclassification of acupuncture needles as safe. He is Chairman of Citizens for Health.
