Karen L. Russell
Karen L. Russell is the Assistant Director of Special Services, Fremont Unified School District, Fremont, CA. She received her master's degree and School Psychology Credential from UC Davis. Karen has worked for the Fremont Unified School District since 1989 and served as a school psychologist, infant services coordinator, transition coordinator, and program specialist prior to her current role. She has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of children with special needs and their families in a variety of public and private school settings.
