Colonel Jack Mosher
Colonel Jack Mosher serves as the Chief of Staff of the Maine National Guard. He is Airborne, Ranger, Air Assault, Mountain Warfare and Nuclear Target Analysis qualified, while holding Masters Degrees in both Educational Leadership and International Strategic Studies. Colonel Mosher’s awards include The Legion of Merit, (2) Bronze Star Medals for Valor and Service, (3) Meritorious Service Medals, (8) Army Commendation Medals (3) Army Achievement Medals, the Combat Infantry Badge and the Honorable Orders of Saint Maurice and Saint Barbara.
