Dr. Katherine Jones
Dr. Katherine Jones is a Vice President focusing on HCM technology research at Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP. She analyzes the underlying technologies and services that support the management of a global workforce, including HR, hiring and performance management, and workforce planning. She is a veteran in enterprise workforce and talent management applications and a recognized expert in cloud computing.
Previously, Katherine was a research director for eight years at the Aberdeen Group, where she established Aberdeen’s Human Capital Management practice. She was later the Director of Marketing for NetSuite, Inc., a cloud-based ERP company. Katherine has written on talent management, technology and business practices, with over 300 works published. Prior to a high tech career, she was a university dean, involved in academic administration, research, and teaching. Katherine has a Masters and Doctorate degree from Cornell University.
