Cathy Benko
Cathy Benko is Vice Chairman and Managing Principal, Deloitte LLP. She is a U.S. patent holder and co-author of bestselling books including The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work and Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace With Today’s Nontraditional Workforce (Harvard Business Press). As leader of Deloitte’s corporate citizenship agenda, Cathy acts as a catalyst to drive and amplify the firm’s philanthropic contributions, societal impact, and organizational pride. As Deloitte Consulting LLP’s talent game-changer, she creates innovative solutions to improve how work gets done, innovation occurs, and careers are built. Previously, Cathy was Deloitte’s Chief Talent Officer, as well as director of Deloitte’s award-winning Women’s Initiative, among many other roles. She was recognized by Consulting Magazine on its 25 Most Influential Consultants list and its inaugural Leadership Achievement Award for Women Leaders in Consulting.
