Eric Tripp-McKay
Eric Tripp-McKay has worked in the community mental health sector for almost 25 years. During this time he discovered that his greatest insight has come from listening to the stories people share about their experiences in coping with mental illness. He has been happy to witness many improvements with the mental health system during his years of involvement. He’s been the Executive Director of Peace Ranch since 2003. Peace Ranch, http://www.peaceranch.com/, is a community mental health organization located in Caledon, Ontario, Canada, which provides supportive housing and rehabilitative programs for people who have serious mental illness. He remains committed to supporting the many innovative programs and services that help define Peace Ranch as the place of possibilities.
