Diana Bilimoria, PhD
Diana Bilimoria, PhD is an Athena award finalist and co-author of Gender Equity in Science and Engineering. She has written a handbook on Women in Business and Management. She served as editor of the Journal of Management Education. Her primary research focuses on gender and diversity in governance and leadership and organizational transformation. She is internationally recognized for her scholarship, leadership, and expertise in how leadership development can transform individuals, groups, and organizations.Dr Bilimoria is a KeyBank Professor and Professor and chair of Organizational behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Diana has received many awards including the Excellence in Higher education Leadership Award from the American Council on Education.
