Penny Silvia, SAP HANA & Analytics Leader, Global CoC at IBM, is acknowledged a leader in the SAP Business Intelligence space. With her technical abilities and business acumen, she is able to help C-level through to developers and business users to understand the challenges of the others – and work together to build solutions all sides can agree upon and view as a success. Penny has held multiple leadership positions at organizations large and small, acquiring more than 15 years of SAP systems design and implementation experience. Beginning her SAP career on the client side–and dealing with a large, complex and intimidating implementation–allows Penny a perspective few can deliver: understanding the challenges to the user, IT, and management. She has always held client-facing positions ranging from business development and pre-sales support, solution development, on-site consulting, and training / knowledge transfer to team members and client personnel.
