Todd R. Smith is a director in PwC’s SAP Applications group, with over 20 years of industry experience and expertise in strategy, planning, rationalization, and implementation of programs that support strategic business transformation. He has a deep functional and process knowledge of supply chain operations, sales processes, and service processes, including S&OP, procurement, configure/price/quote, sales, professional services, installed base management, warehouse management, logistics, international trade compliance, return & repair processing. His experience includes both domestic and international projects. Todd has worked in industries including high tech, high tech manufacturing, medical device, and healthcare providers. He is skilled in program operations/governance and has completed multiple full life-cycle implementations of SAP, completing net-new and upgrade projects with SAP.
