Prior to joining ASB in 2012, Deepti was a consultant at the Chicago and New York offices of Towers Watson, a leading global professional services firm, where she specialized in increasing organizational performance by maximizing investment in human capital linked to business strategy. She has extensive experience in HR and talent strategy, workforce analytics, rewards strategy, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Her experiences also span a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and financial services.
