Rebecca Flood
With four decades in the health care industry, Rebecca Flood has demonstrated expertise in program development, implementation, and evaluation for 25 years with Seabrook House in Seabrook, New Jersey. She oversaw the organization’s residential treatment programs and the planning of specialized treatment for women, adolescents, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and distinguished herself in the area of marketing, fundraising, technical assistance and board development. Now as CEO of New Directions for Women in California since 2004, they focus exclusively on serving women of all ages, pregnant women, and women with dependent children affected by addiction. She has a Masters of Human Services degree, and is multiply licensed as a chemical dependency counselor and interventionist at the national level, while servicing on many service and organization boards, including: CARF, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) Board, a member of the Seabrook House Board, President of the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS), a member of the TRIAD Board in Wilmington, DE, and others.
