Sister Anne Dougherty
Sister Anne Dougherty is President/CEO of The Franciscan Center Post Trauma Education Retreat Program. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a doctorate in pastoral counseling. She is certified in critical stress management and serves as chaplain to the Tampa Police Department and local FBI. She also serves on the Tampa Bay Regional Critical Incident Team.
