Sharon Birkman Fink
Sharon Birkman Fink is the President and CEO of Birkman International, Inc., developer of the Birkman® Method, a leadership and team development tool that reveals the underlying motivators that drive behavior and improve workplace performance. Sharon assumed her position in 2002 that was a planned transition in the company that was founded by her father, Dr. Roger Birkman, 63 years ago. Sharon is a 2007 graduate of the Owner-President-Management Program at Harvard Business School and the author of The Birkman Method: Your Personality at Work. Birkman International has continued to flourish under the leadership of Sharon. The Birkman® questionnaire is currently in 22 different languages and spans the globe, reaching individuals and teams to be more effective.
