Jenny Dearborn
Jenny Dearborn, MEd, MBA, is Senior Vice President and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for 67,000 SAP employees. She is accountable to design, align and drive overall learning activities to enable measurable business impact. Before SAP, she was CLO at SuccessFactors, where her team was recognized as the #1 performing corporate learning department by eLearning Magazine; CLO for the Americas at Sun Microsystems; and led learning for Global Sales & Enterprise Marketing, Global Technology Services and Global Corporate Learning Strategy at Hewlett-Packard. Jenny was named one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council.
She serves on the boards of the Association for Talent Development and Institute for Corporate Productivity,and is a US State Department mentor to female entrepreneurs in developing countries. Her first book, Data Driven: How Performance Analytics Delivers Extraordinary Sales Results (Wiley), is due out in 2015.
