Jeff Jackson
Jeff Jackson, a Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP, leads Deloitte’s Technology practice at the Cleveland office. He has more than 22 years of industry and consulting experience in IT Enabled Transformation and Supply Chain management, supporting global clients in Manufacturing, High Tech, Retail and Financial Services. His recent focus is on the development and deployment of the SAP Service Parts Management solution including Service Parts Planning and Extended Warehouse Management applications. Jeff led the development of the overall implementation strategy, deployment plan, definition and development of the global common processes, and initial implementations for the global deployment of the solution. He has led multiple large-scale SAP Transformation programs domestically and globally. Jeff’s expertise is developing implementation roadmaps to support business transformation and enabling transformation through the successful implementation of SAP technology.
