Michael P. Cangemi
Michael P. Cangemi, CPA, CGMA, author and business advisor, is the former President, CEO and Director of Etienne Aigner Group, Inc., and President and CEO of Financial Executives International (FEI). He currently serves as President of Cangemi Company LLC, focusing on technology for business, Continuous Monitoring and Analytics for GRC and Business Process Improvement. Michael is a Senior Fellow for the Rutgers University Continuous Audit Lab; serves on FEI’s Committee on Finance & Technology; and is a Senior Advisor to Oversight Systems, CaseWare RSM, and a footwear company. He recently published “The Benefits of CM”. His CAE experiences were published in his second book, “Managing the Audit Function”, which was translated into Chinese and Serbian. Michael was Editor-in-Chief of the IS Control Journal from 1987-2007. In 2000, The Cangemi Audit & IT Audit Library was established at the University of Mississippi’s Auditing Archival Center to store his collection of IT audit books.
