Cindy Cavallaro
Cindy received her Professional Coaching Certification (CPC) and her Certification as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). After graduating from College and working in a family business she chose to be a stay at home Mom raising two wonderful sons. The parenting journey was filled with much joy and life lessons with each child leading her on a different journey. Her life lessons have been endless, some good others more challenging. While raising her children she volunteered in the school system her boys attended organizing and running the community service program. Cindy has also been a volunteer at her local Library for over 25 years and she is also a member of the YMCA board. Through the years her leadership skills have evolved with on the job training and expanded as a leader of the fund raising, programming and support for the Library. Cindy has worn many hats over the years including wife, mom, and president of organizations When her children were in College she struggled with understanding the next chapter in her life. She loved the volunteer work but she wanted more. After reviewing her 30 years of experience she wanted to become a Certified Life Coach. The coaching role allows Cindy to share the insight and experience of being a Wife, Mom, Sister, Daughter, Aunt, Granddaughter, friend and volunteer. Combining this experience and powerful iPEC training she can help her clients empower themselves to be the best person they can be.
