As the President and CEO of Snelling, David Allen is responsible for all of the company’s strategic and operational initiatives throughout over 100 offices nationwide. His guidance and deep knowledge of the workforce industry has allowed Snelling to continue to be the leader in human capital initiatives for over 60 years. Mr. Allen brought to Snelling a proven executive management track record with over 20 years of experience in driving growth and creative problem-solving to drive consistent bottom-line improvements. He has expertise in profitably operating franchised and corporate run offices that provide services to a vast number of industries and businesses across the U.S. and in Puerto Rico.
