Brenda A. Lautsch
Brenda A. Lautsch, B.Admin, M.I.R., Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization Studies in the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. Her recent book that helps individuals understand how to manage work-life challenges and flexibility is CEO of Me: Creating a Life That Works in the Flexible Job Age (Kossek and Lautsch, 2008 Wharton School Publishing). Dr. Lautsch holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Masters in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. She teaches and conducts research on new work arrangements, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, work-life balance, and the effect of flexible work arrangements on work and life outcomes.
