Tara Crooks
Originally from Springfield, MO, Tara's journey with the military began in 1998 when she and her husband PCS'd (Permanent Change of Station) to their first duty station, Ft Hood. She is married to her husband, MAJ Kevin Crooks (US ARMY), and has two beautiful little girls, Wrena & Chloe. Prior to becoming a talk show host and speaker Tara had a successful career in retail. After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, Tara worked as a human resource Specialist. Tara left the traditional workforce in 2001 with the arrival of their first daughter and the team’s decision to make military life a career. Tara began working online in several different areas of entrepreneurship and through a series of unlikely events found her “niche”. Army Wife Talk Radio was born on a whim, during her husband’s first deployment in 2005.
