He is a strategic advisor to CHRO’s and CxOs from global organizations, advising on HCM procedures, policies, and technology needs. He also consults on process transformation in the areas of core finance, business analytics, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy. In the past, Mukesh led multiple global HCM transformation programs by defining organizational policies, project strategies, objectives, and implementing IT solutions that optimize business processes.
