Dr. Dean Allen Schultz
Dr. Allen Schultz completed his MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1991. He has practiced medicine in the Air Force and in civilian life and has received numerous awards for both areas of practice. He has been a flight surgeon, trauma expert, and now has a primary care practice. His dedication to quality patient care has been admirable, and he will provide timely and excellent information regarding primary care and dementia.
