Jerry Flanagan, CSAC, ICS
Substance Abuse Services Director
Mr. Flanagan graduated from the Wisconsin Institute and did his post-graduate and certification work at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and DePaul. Jerry is a certified counselor with extensive experience in alcohol and drug treatment. Jerry has been in the alcohol and drug addictions field for 25 years as a supervisor and counselor in adult and adolescent inpatient and outpatient programs. Previously, he was with the Youth Family Program of Milwaukee for a four year period, headed numerous addictions programs at Milwaukee Psychiatric Hospital and served as a consultant for Tellurian/McGovern Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
Mr. Flanagan's credentials are in supervision and training of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment and he is always seeking new and better treatment processes. Currently, he is theCoordinator of Substance Abuse Services for Alliance Counseling Center. "I share empathy with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with alcohol, drugs and gambling and know all too well the destructions addiction can bring not only to the afflicted person but to everyone it touches! I am proud to say that I have achieved 32 years of sustained recovery."
