Dr. Beth Ballinger
Dr. Beth Ballinger is an optometrist in private practice in Newport Beach, California who specializes in assessments and visual rehabilitation for pediatric and adult patients with stroke and brain injury, and has done so for the last 35+ years. She also specializes in working with visual enhancement for special populations with respect to visual acquisition, visual motor integration and visual cognitive assessment and therapies. As a Fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, she served as a Board Director of this credentialing organization and has served on the organization’s Executive Committee as Treasurer. She helped develop and consulted with the Fountain Valley Vision Enhancement Research Project. She served at the state level for the California Optometric Association working with organizations dedicated to individuals with handicapping conditions.
